1. Manufacturer Sourcing & Best-Factory Selection
We dive deep into the Chinese market to find the best factories specializing in the production line you want: we filter genuine manufacturers from middlemen, collect technical offers and prices directly from the source, and compare them for you in a clear table covering specifications, component brands, and delivery times — so you can choose with confidence.
2. Chinese Factory Selection & Negotiation
The difference between a trusted factory and an unknown one can mean losing your entire project. We search for the best factories and verify them on the ground: visiting the factory site, checking the business license and export record, reviewing CE/ISO certificates, and speaking with previous customers. Then we negotiate price, specifications, and payment terms with deep expertise in the Chinese market.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Testing (FAT)
The riskiest stage of importing is between paying the deposit and receiving the goods. Our engineers attend the factory trial run: operating the line with your actual raw material, measuring real production capacity, inspecting the quality of welds, motors, and electrical panels, and checking every item against the contract. You receive video and photo reports before approving shipment.
4. International Shipping & Insurance
Heavy machinery requires special packing and securing inside containers. We handle: seaworthy packing in treated wooden crates, securing machines against vibration, booking containers (20/40 ft or Flat Rack for oversized equipment), comprehensive cargo insurance, and tracking the voyage to the port of arrival. We compare rates from several shipping lines and choose the best fit.
5. Customs Clearance & Documentation
A single delayed document can cost you hefty demurrage fees. We prepare the complete file for you: commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, conformity certificates (SASO for Saudi Arabia, ECAS for the UAE, and others), and a detailed packing list. We also coordinate with partner customs brokers in your country to complete procedures as quickly as possible.
6. Installation, Training & After-Sales
A production line without proper commissioning is just metal. We coordinate the travel of factory technicians to your country (visas and accommodation) and supervise: installation and alignment, electrical connections, trial runs with raw materials, and training your team on operation and routine maintenance. After that, we remain your intermediary with the factory for warranty and spare parts.
